Party Policies & Cancellations

 

  • ​All attendees must be 18+ & sign The Pole Academy LLC release waiver.

  • All parties are started at a base price including 7 guests. Any additional guest is surcharged according to party as a base price. (Not per person.) Up to 7 guests are GUARANTEED their own pole during the party. 

  • Max 14 guests in each party. (2 people per pole, sharing.)

  • Max 21 guests for Silver Packages and up (3 people per pole, sharing) and require a 1 time additional surcharge of $100 in addition to previous charges.

  • Each party requires a deposit made to hold the day/time that is most convenient for you. Deposits are taken during the scheduling via phone or in-studio.

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Deposits ARE added to the remaining balance due at the time of your party.

  • Parties must be paid IN-FULL before party time.

  • Parties must be booked with a minimum of 48 hours notice. 

  • You may reschedule (1) time with no fees or charges with a minimum 48 hour notice. More than one reschedule voids your deposit.

  • There is an additional $100/hr for "After Hours" Parties per hour. 

  • Parties are forfeited after 15 minutes of no call/ no show.

  • Parties start at time of booked time not upon arrival. 

  • If your event is running behind and will be late, email notification is required. 

  • Heels are welcome at all Parties!!

  • We have a 6 ft. table for your usage. Cake, snacks, party favors, etc are welcome at Parties - NO ALCOHOL!

  • Decorating for your event is included in your party time - if you need extra please book an extra 30 minutes for $50 for ample set up. 

  • Please do not wear any lotion, oil or moisturizer at least 2 hours before your party. It becomes a safety issue when trying to grip the pole.

  • Be sure to wear comfortable clothing such as workout shorts, tank tops, and sports tops. The more skin showing to grip the pole - the better! If you are participating in a non-pole party - leggings, knee high socks, yoga pants and comfy workout attire is fine!

  • There is NO nudity or alcohol involved during any Party.

  • Tips / gratuity is always appreciated by the performer.
